​I'm in it for the awe.

I live in beautiful Northfield, Minnesota, and mostly treasure the seasons here. I love to travel, but I also love to be home. I'm pictured here next to Duncan Lake in the beautiful Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

 I hope that you can join me in person for a stroll or online to explore and understand your own awe. We can all take small steps to foster mind-body awareness, connect with the natural world, and find fascination with everyday life.
